Love is in the air!

Oh valentines day, we usually don't do anything big but I love a chance to do a little craft with the kids and love to get a sweet card from my husband! Maddox and Eliana got valentine gifts from grandma and pawpaw, Meemaw, aunt talia, gpa and gma, and Eli Becka and the boys!

First weekend in February!

What a fun weekend it was! We started off Saturday with Kelly's baby shower! It was the best shower ever! Kelly watched both kids while I went with the girls to decorate the venue! All the decorations, food, and activities were amazing! I think Kelly had a super fun time and that was what was most important! Maddox and Eliana were pretty good throughout the shower. Thankfully there were some girls from work there who entertained the kids while I helped with my hostess responsibilities! After the shower me and the kids met my mom and aunt up at Applebee's for dinner. Yummy!
Super Bowl Sunday!!!! Oh always so fun! We had our traditional stuffed shrimp and I also made Italian beef, cheesy turkey dip and a new Oreo cake recipe I found on Pinterest! There was a little snow on the ground so I took the kids outside to play! While I was getting Eliana's carrier Maddox was in the toy room being very quiet....which is never a good sign! As I walked into the room he turns and out falls four jelly beans and pink sixlets are scattered all around....daddy must have left them out....well it made for a good laugh! They look so cute all bundled up! Maddox enjoyed playing in their house as opposed to the snow, haha! We had a really fun Sunday and the game was pretty exciting!!!!

Third time!

Last night we went to our third Jakes Leg concert! I swear each time we go it just gets better and better!
Aly came over to watch Maddox and Eliana. She is the best baby sitter! The kids really love her and I know they have so much fun playing together!
Our usual threesome was four this time. Adam brought a "friend" she was a doll and so sweet. We had so much fun together! The concert was freakin awesome! We all, including my hubby, danced all night. I don't know how anyone can sit down at one of these concerts. The music just flows through your body and touches your soul ✌🎤🎸🎶🎹🎼
We sat down and I asked this curly haired lady if she goes to a lot of these concerts and she says well my husband and his brother do the sound....wait a minute...are you Rita's brother??? Omgsh!!! Kelly is my bf!!!! Haha!!!! It was so crazy! They were super fun to hang with!!!
One guy was as sure as he could be that Arjaye was a guitar player in a band and Adam played the harmonica?!?!? Lol no, not really... And then in the bathroom line some old guy told me how much he liked my leopard print shoes!!!! Bahahaha! Target😉 a few pics of our fun night follow!
This morning I made breakfast for all of us, eggs, pancakes, bacon, and hash browns....yumm-o!!!!
I love love when Adam gets to come over and hang out with us. It doesn't happen as often as I'd like but I soak up every moment! The kids just adore uncle Adam!!! They really liked Stephanie too which is out of the ordinary for Maddox and new people....she must be a pretty cool girl!!! #lovemylife 💗 and of course Maddox was still awake when we got home!!!! Shocker I know😉
