One of my favorite days of the year has come and gone. My birthday. It was the best so far, the most perfect day. I am so so lucky to have my sweet husband who despite all of my flaws and “rock bottoms” made this day so perfect. I thank God every single day that he let me be his wife!
We started off our day with lunch at my favorite spot, Peel! My husband and the babies sang me happy birthday, it. was. the. sweetest. I am such a lucky mama! I was surprised by a visit from my parents with cupcakes and flowers.

Then to find out they were keeping the kids overnight because Arjaye was taking me to a Jake’s Leg concert! It was so fun! Surprise #2 was my little cousin showing up a few songs into the show! My husband does not plan surprises so this was just beyond fabulous! He really is the best and always tries to make this day so special for me!

This really was the best birthday! Saturday was a pretty lazy day, or a recovery day…haha! I went to get the kiddos from my parents and then went by the mall to find some Easter outfits. That was about all I could handle and we all crashed early that night. Sunday, my favorite day of the week, we went to church and then went bowling with our friends to celebrate my birthday a little more! This was Maddox and Eliana’s first time bowling. It. Was. Hilarious. When sis bowled her first time she chased the ball resulting in me chasing her resulting in busting asses on the alley! Oh My! that was a first! lol!
