Its been a long one that's for sure.
Last week Maddox and Eliana were not feeling very well so he stayed home from school to get extra rest. He went back Tuesday and Wednesday was his valentine party at school!
Working on valentines for his friends at school! He picked minion valentines at target and we tied little boxes of conversation hearts to the card.
This cry face before school.
So happy he went though. He had a great party and got lots of treats.
I took Roman to the dr Thursday because he was very fussy and not eating well the night before. This poor little baby has rsv :( so so pitiful. Not much we can do but wait it out. Steam showers and nose suctioning has been his medicine. Seems to help a lot but it's just so sad to see him this way. Long nights too, I just hold him in an upright position so he can breathe better through the night.
Steam showers for this little man
And this little contraption is amazing!!! Very gross but wow! The picture shows it, I don't need to go into detail!
Friday afternoon bath time and a muscle pic!
Sweet little loo, and that teeny curl on the side is soooo cute:)
While Roman napped, me and this little lady baked banana bread and peanut butter cookies! Yummy!
I used a recipie I found on Pinterest, next time maybe add some sugar? Or cinnamon? It was good but could have been a little sweeter!
I had to snap a pic of these lashes while he was sleeping...oh. My. So jealous.
Now for our peanut butter cookies.
I used a super easy and yummy recipie I got off of my sister-in-law's blog
•1cup creamy pb
•1cup sugar
•1egg
Mix it all together and bake at 350* for 8-12 minutes.
We used a heart cookie cutter and put sprinkles on before and after baking.
With the little bit of dough that was left we just made some little circle shaped cookies!
Once the kids went to bed I set out their little valentine chair envelopes. Now that I can sew much better and need to make one for Roman I'm thinking about seeing some new ones for next year.
I got them both a new book, Sleeping Beauty and Planes, and they each got a mini pack of colored mini marshmallows.
My love and I cooked breakfast to ghee for us and the kids. It was by best attempt at heart shaped pancakes, and he made eggs and bacon.
And daddy got his little valentine a special little present! Awe, so sweet!
Singing her baby bro a sweet little song.
Now we have decided to watch love stories and lay on the couch and rest. Maybe we will be productive later but I'm not holding my breath. We watched Cinderella now it's Tangled. Loving this lovey day! Xoxo
