Trick or Treat

Tonight and tomorrow are trick or treating for our town! I started the day with getting my nails done, always a fun treat!

The family headed to walmart to get everything we needed for our annual Halloween camping trip! Snacks, chairs, s'mores treats, popcorn, candy and glow sticks for the kiddos! We also picked up mini cupcakes for Maddox's class Halloween party! They let him switch school from today for tomorrow so he can participate in the party!

Daddy had to work tonight so we flew solo! We carved pumpkins and they turned out pretty cute, I mean spooooky! 

But a little disappointment because of the kit I bought that was supposed to be so fabulous! It had this mini drill/power carving knife. But I should've known it was a total piece of junk....buuummer.

Off to trick or treat in our neighborhood!

After the haunted house! I think I was way more scared than these two! Thankfully they took it easy on us! Haunted houses aren't bad at all when you are with toddlers! Haha!

My lovies spotted the moon! So we had to take a pic!!! These two did such a good job running up to each house sayin "trick or treat" and a thank you once they got their bags filled up! We had such a fun time tonight! I'm so crazy about being a mommy, it really is the most fun job!!! 

We went to daddy's work to see him and eat dinner! Always so fun to visit him and it was super slow so the kiddos were the stars of the evening in their Halloween attire! And mama got lots of props for making their cuuuuute costumes😉

Back home, teeth brushed and tucked in tight! We have a big weekend ahead of us!!! Xoxo

Wednesday was another long long day for me at Treo. But I'm off alllll weekend so it's totally worth it! And I have a super fun job😉

Bath time

He put his socks on all by himself, he was so excited to tell me about it once I got home!

And I came home to special presents!

Bath pillow, bath salts, candles, exfoliater, and a pumice stone. They are the sweetest! This mama has been working a lot and I love a hot relaxing bath being in my future!!!! So thankful and just so blessed!

Oh and they got me the cutest mini pink flashlight for our upcoming camping trip!!! It's really the little things that get me so excited!!!  Xo

Mama Monday

One oft favorite days, Monday :) We slept in today and Maddox decided he wanted pancakes so my sweet Eliana helped me make them! After we played trains we decided to spend a little time outside enjoying this beautiful fall day!

We had tumbling as usual and daddy cooked out burgers on the grill and we all had a yummy cookie for dessert.

Sunday funday!!!

As usual we started our day out at bethalto Christian church. It was such a good one too! Lots to think about and a couple things to really focus on this week! I am so looking forward to it!

 Sunday night our church hosted a trunk or treat for out community, we decorated our trunk and passed out candy to probably 500 kids!

We really had a lot of fun at the church! So happy we could finally give back and help out at our church! So blessed God has lead us to this church, so many great people to be around and serve with! So grateful for my family God has given me! Lots of work to do to live more like Jesus and be a better wife and mother, what I think is my purpose here!
