Well Arjaye and I are off today so we are heading out to his grandmas house to get a lil family time in! We had so much fun! Both grandmas, two aunts, patents, antique shop, pizza, and chocolate shakes! Pretty fabulous day off for this Hiatt family!

We had a great time with Arjayes family and need to try to make it over here more often!

What a weekend!

Ok I have a lot to pack into this post, so here we go! Friday night fun with three of my fav girls Aly, Kelly, and princess Gia! Two princesses at Hiatt lane tonight! It was a perfect Friday night! Pizza, kids and lots of girl talk! We must make this more of a regular thing!!!

I love to see these kids together, they really love each other!

Saturday after a fun day at work we headed to Home Depot!

Oh how we love this place! So onward with my kitchen update! Painting is just about done and I am starting on the cabinet refinishing! Whoa! What a job this is! Def a big project. So far it's easy but no cutting corners, it is going to take a little more time than I originally thought but I can't wait to see the finished product! I am really enjoying doing little inexpensive updates to our home! I may have found a "hobby". I'm on the search for new hardware for the cabinets. Let the hunt begin! I was up til about three in the morning finishing up the first step. Yes, the first step. Ha🙏

Sunday fun day!!!! We headed out to Manchow fantasy sports global headquarters aka my parents house! Haha! Fantasy football draft day is here! My dad makes the yummiest man food for this big event! Pork kabobs, cardiac burgers, and taco dip!!!! The boys did their thing while us wives, girlfriends, and kiddos went to Aunt Benay's for a pool afternoon. 

We had a blast! Love love spending time with these guys! It's so fun to watch our kids play and grow together. I love all these girls so much and wish there were more times like these but I'll take what I can get! Maddox got to feed Brae's pony Bucky! It was so cute!

We went back home and let the kids play outside and uncle john gave us a four wheeler ride!

Oh sweet sweet summertime, how I love you so! Family, friends, sweet corn, playing outside, swimming, four wheelers, I mean for real kids, life.is.good. Thankful that the good Lord blessed me with another fabulous weekend with the ones I hold so close to my heart!

Weekend fun

Well we have a big kitchen project going on on this house! Thursday we went to Home Depot to gather some materials and got started on the kitchen! We...wait...I am painting the kitchen. New lights, a chalkboard wall, and refinishing the cabinets! Woooo! I am pumped! I've spent a lot of time on Pinterest to figure out exactly what I want, let's hope I get it right!!!

Saturday was a pretty typical one for me and the bambinos. We picked up our toys and took baths, then went to the park and off to daddy's work for dinner!

Aaaaand we have piggy tails!!!!! Oh what a great day!!!!

Today has been pretty productive so far! Painted chalkboard, swept and mopped the floor, cleaned kitchen, and started decorating.

Lunch time for my babies, pb&j Maddox requested these be in squares today, grapes and pretzels. 

Now that sissy is napping the question is to relax or get movin?!?

On Sunday I went to a cubs cards baseball game with Chrystal, Kota, and her friend. Besides it being a little bit warm we had a really good time! It was a fun little girls day for us. Of course the cubs lost, no surprise there.

In the meantime this was going on at the Hiatt family reunion!!! 

Monday daddy had to work all day and night😥 So the kids and I kept pretty busy! We started the day with company from our besties Kelly and Gia!!! So fun, we did hair, played with babies and got on track for our new venture! We will refer to this as #blondesbinkiesbible  

I mean, have you ever seen anything cuter??? Hey aunt talia, if your still reading this blog can you imagine what Christmas is going to be like with baby Hoffman?!?! Excited!

So I know this is sideways but I made Mickey and Minnie Mouse pancakes!!!! Hahaha!!! They turned pretty cute I think!!! Love breakfast for dinner!

As usual the weekend went by too fast but I enjoyed every moment!!! Love my family and so thankful for every day God gives me with them! Happy middle of August!!!! Xo
