Camping!!!

This was our first weekend as official campers!!! Wooo hooo!!! We bought an rv with my sis in law and her hubby about a month ago. We took it out to my parents house and my dad checked everything out and we cleaned it up...a lot. So this weekend we took her out to rend lake!!!! We had so much fun! It was the annual Halloween cook off weekend so we were beyond excited that this was our first trip! All of the people that go are just a blast to be around and they were all so happy for us that we have our own camper now! 

  I grew up going camping with my family so it's so cool to do this with our kids.  Since all of us "kids" have our own kids now it's a whole new experience. It's such a blessing to watch them play together and make all of these memories!!! 

Our first night was tasting all the yummy food made in the cookoff! Carla won with her chicken pillows...yummy! After the big announcement the kids got in their costumes and off to trick or treat!

After trick or treat we hung out by the fire for popcorn and cocktails!!! Eliana was the star of the show giving hugs and snuggles and showing off her awesome dance skills!!!

We spent Sunday being pretty lazy and letting the kids run around and play. There is so much to explore at the campground!!!

These two were wore out!!!! We had so much fun on our trip! Sadly that was the last one til spring time. So until next year! 

Once we got home it was off to tumbling class and then to volunteer at the food coop and pick up our goodies! Next few nights will be Halloween festivities!!! Yay!

So thankful for the time spent with family and good friends! Love this simple life I live and so happy and thankful for the Lords blessings!!! Xo

A festive Thursday!

We have had such an October day on Hiatt lane🍂🎃 

 We slept in, had pancakes for breakfast then a quick trip to old navy and Walmart. We got some stuff for our big Halloween camping trip and ingredients to make yummy Halloween cupcakes!!! Just checking off that fall bucket list day by day😉

We ended the night with popcorn and my all time fave movie....Halloween🎃 Scary. Love it.

The weekend

And a fun one it was!!! Saturday was work as usual but it was homecoming so that was a different pace than the usual! Love all the makeup and hair at Treo!!!

Arjaye had to work so me and the kids. We had a sleepover with the kids little buddy Abe. It was our very first sleepover! We had lots of fun! 

       First was painting pumpkins!

We had pizza for dinner and now time for a ghost story by Abe...With a strobe light....I felt like I was going to have a seizure....

  We finished out the night with a popcorn party and a little play time then out for the night! A successful first sleepover! So fun!

   Today we went to the pumpkin farm. We were on a time schedule since the cowboys played at noon today so that means quick and effecient play! It was so fun.

I was super productive once we got home. Cleaning, organizing, and finishing tinker bell costume! Oh and made a yummy dinner with our veggies from the food co-op. 

A fabulous weekend ending with ice cream and football! So thankful for the blessings in my life. Love making all these sweet memories! Xo

Recap

   Been real busy at the Hiatt home! We went back to waltonville two weekends ago. We met the newest addition to our big family! Baby Cypress! And what a doll she is! Arjaye was working so me and the little ones made the drive to visit for the evening!

Aspen is a great big sis. Eliana was just loving this little girl. I love to see love between these little people. Words can't describe how special it is! I love this cousin bonding time!!! 

   We spent our Monday off doing a little shopping with our besties Kelly and Gia!!! Target, sephora, children's place! Oh so fun!!!! We scoooored at sephora on a fab lip kit and eyeshadow kit too! Woooo! I've been experimenting with several new lip colors and eye techniques and am loving all these new ways to wear makeup!

   Last Sunday we headed to Rhodes pumpkin farm and so did everyone else:,( so we went to old navy and out to lunch instead!

  On Monday I started working on the Halloween costumes!

We rounded out the night with tumbling then went to volunteer at the food coop and picked up our goodies! Since we helped out we got some extra goodies to take home! Winning!!!
