Trick or Treat

We had so much fun celebrating Halloween last night!!! We started the day off by a party at school!!! A fun craft (decorating Halloween treat bags), a yummy snack, games, and trick or treating through the fellowship hall at the church!

The kids had such a fun day and I had fun helping out with the party! Loved seeing all the kiddos dressed up in their costumes! Halloween is sooo much fun!

I headed to work and had a quick easy day at Treo! Once I got home we got our costumes on and headed out to truck or treat in our neighborhood! The kids were so excited, and so was this mama:)

After about an hour sis was ready to go back home so daddy took her and the rooster and the horse and I kept trick or treating!!! Maddox was so into it! I love that he loved it so much! Once we got back home we both had to rest our legs and have a couple pieces of candy that we worked so hard to get! Sis and daddy kept handing out candy to our "customers" lol. We had a super fun night!

Arjaye picked up some pizza, after all that walking I was starving. We put the little ones to bed and watched the classic "Halloween" as we do every year, still so scary!!! I love love that movie, it's not Halloween without a good scare! And of course the kiddies and I watched hocus pocus a few times this season too!!!

Back home for a couple parties.

We headed back to mtv for Hudson's birthday party and Erika's bridal shower! It was packed full but lots of fun! 

We went to Becka and Elijah's house to celebrate Hudson's 8th birthday! Basketball, burgers and cake, great summertime birthday parties!

But first, my parents got bunnies and kittens and the kids are in love!

Maddox was having so much fun playing basketball with his big cousin Hudson and he actuall did really good! I got a couple videos to show daddy and boy was he proud!

October Family Wedding

We headed to southern illinois for a family wedding in October. I really love family weddings. This was my dad's side and we don't get to spend a lot of time together so I was really looking forward to it!!! I had to work but we made it just in time for the family picture and the entire reception! 

This location was beautiful!!! Over looking the hills in the beautiful month of October:) we were able to get a few good pics!

We really did have a blast celebrating Todd and Haley's big day with the family! Here's to an eternity of happiness!

We stayed at my parents house that night. Sunday we got up and I helped my mama make a yummy big breakfast. Biscuits and gravy, pancakes, and eggs! I am absolutely awful at making gravy so I only get this a couple times a year and man is it worth the wait! I literally eat til I'm sick. Ha.

My husband brought some of his guns and we shot targets with my dad after breakfast. The pistol was so freakin loud and super powerful! The rifle was a little less of both! 

 

I did hit the targets, a couple times with the rifle and once with the pistol.

Lots of fun back home in the country! So very blessed to have the family that I have and make the memories we are making! God is so good and in so forever grateful!!! Xo
