Pre-School

Well, we have been counting down the days! I just can't believe it's here! Time just went by too too fast! He is starting preschool!!!!! He is beyond excited for this day and we are so excited for him!!!!

He had so much fun!!!! Had breakfast, a muffin, applesauce, and milk! He told me he had so much energy from his breakfast! Haha! I am so so proud of this little guy! He was so brave and confident! Went in with no fear, ready to learn and make new friends! So thankful this was such a great experience for him!

Daddy and sissy had a busy morning! Walmart, of course she needed a new toy, dierbergs, and the bank. Then picked up Maddox from school!!! 

                        3rd day!

Eliana and I did nothing but nap on the couch trying to get rid of this annoying cold!!!! 

So thankful for this sweet sweet family I have! Being a wife and mother is just the best job ever!!!!! 

What's going on

What a week! We had the fantasy football draft Sunday with the yummiest food ever!!!! 

The cardiac burger, two grilled cheese sandwiches with provolone, Swiss, and American cheese and bacon😋

For some crazy reason I didn't get a pic of the honey BBQ and hott wings, pork kabobs, and potatoe soup!!!! What a yummy day! But it was also a battle against a nasty cough that had ransacked it's way through this house all week except for daddy!!! We are all inthe road to recovery and feeling better!

Thursday I was posted on the couch but managed to get up in the evening and do meal prepping for the next two days since I've been eating terrible lately! And my sweet husband made steak, potatoes, and peas! Yumm!!! And the kids tried it all!!!! The night before was salmon potatoes and beans, he is the best little caretaker around!😍

Once we picked up Maddox we made a trip to walmart and stopped to see daddy!

The weekend!

Whoa! This weekend was busy and went by soooo fast! That usually happens when we pack it full!!!

Friday Arjaye and the kids picked me up from work so I could get my chalk paint and we had dinner! So excited about my painting project! 

Saturday was a usual work for the both of us, then my bro and sis-in-law came over to get their hair done! I also gave Maddox a fresh cut for pre-school! Can. Not. Believe. That.

After the kids went to bed I started my table project! Painted the table with Annie Sloan chalk paint and clear wax after! This paint is so great because there is virtually no prep work' no sanding, priming, nothing! A clean table and it's time to paint! I did two coats of the white and grey, I think I could possibly have done three of the white but it's so so exciting to have it done!

Now, what to do with the chairs?!? Oh my, always so many projects!!!

We finished our kitchen backsplash, it looks great! As soon as I get the curtains up I'll post some pics!

We went to church Sunday and afterwards our church had a block party! The kids had so much fun! Lunch, games, and yummy desserts!!!

We took a quick trip to target and kohls and got a couple goodies for the kids and a couple for myself! 

Loving this elf brand at target, so so inexpensive but really good quality I. My opinion! Used the bronzer today and I really liked it! Brush was awesome!!! Mascara not so fabulous, I haven't used the new glitter cream shadow but have used it in a gold color and loved loved it so I'm sure this will be fab too! Each piece was $3!!!! What a steal!!!

1st time

Today was a perfect rainy day to spend with the family! We took the kids to the movies for the FIRST time! It was so fun! We watched Planes 2. It was so so cute! Maddox did great and didn't take his eyes off the screen, sissy did good at the beginning and the end but she did her share of roaming around in the middle of the show! Ha, but no worries no one was disturbed by her cuteness!

And of course we chowed down two bags of popcorn....movie theater popcorn cannot be resisted!!!!

After tacos for dinner we enjoyed a couple sweet treats that Aly sent home with me for the little ones to enjoy!!!

Oh and Aly, the balloons were a hot! They looooooved them and were pumped they came from you!!!

Tonight we are playing some Beatles rockband before starting an earlier bedtime since baby blue starts "pre cool" next week!!!!
