Being outside

What a fabulous day with my family! We spent most of the day outside. I was so lucky to get to sleep in with the kiddos til 1030!!!! Yay!!! #neededthat
We planted all of our little seedlings. Spinach, lettuce, green beans, peas, broccoli, strawberries, a black blue and raspberry bush too! Hubs did more research and turns out we need to replant our blueberry and blackberry bush because our soil is too acidic....who knew? I am so excited about our garden. Tomorrow a lil more yard work to do and we will be finished! We made a trip to Home Depot and Walmart to finish out our day. Love getting to spend my days off with this perfect little family of mine!!!

Rainy day🌂

Fun day on Hiatt lane today! We slept in and had yummy pancakes for breakfast! We had a fun day of playing with our little tykes house and putting away fall/winter clothes that princess has grown out of😢such a big girl!!!
My favorite part of the day was rocking my two babies to sleep for their afternoon nap!!! #nothingbetter
While babies were sleeping I busted out all of my craft stuff and made hair bows for the first time!!!! So fun and actually very easy! I watched three different you tube videos and free handed the last one! Can't wait to get some more ribbon and make more bows! I think new mommy Kelly and I are going to have a hair now making craft day soon and I am thrilled about it!!! Xoxo

End of the weekend

Today was a great way to put a close on my birthday weekend. Maddox and Eliana got to meet baby Gia!!! Yay!!!
We spent the afternoon at Kelly's house and had a blast! Maddox really liked Gia. He loved holding her, he even started crying when I tried to keep her for myself! He was so sweet to her. Sang songs, gave her a little kiss and held her little hand. Eliana liked sitting on the couch next to her but didn't understand that Gia was not her twinkle toes baby doll. Gentle Eliana...be gentle! It was so fun to hang out with Kelly and Gia, I really miss her! I'm so excited for our babies to be buddies! Maddox told Arjaye all about Gia.
We played outside and started our seeds for our vegetable garden this year. Hope it's a success this year! It was so fun to be outside and get the fresh air. Our kids really love to be outside. Maddox was bribed with a Popsicle to come inside! Spring time has arrived! Peace.

The dentist!

Maddox had his first dentist appointment!!! He did so good. He has perfect little toddler teeth! Yay! We are doing something right!!!
We have the best dentist! She is one of my clients and she was just awesome!

My birthday!!!

My favorite day!!! Myyyyy birthday!!! I am so blessed with great loving family and friends!!! My husband sent me flowers to work on my birthday eve...ahhh...so sweet! It was super fun to get flowers delivered to me at work!!! When I got home one if my girlfriends had dropped off a cupcake which made for a lovely dessert for us after our salmon and sweet potato dinner....yummy!!!
Thursday I got so many sweet text messages from my family and friends! I love getting attention on my birthday😉 for real though I have the very best family and friends, I am blessed. My mama came with cards, balloon, and cupcakes! Yay!!!! We did a little shopping at kohls and target. Scored some pretty sweet tops! Arjaye and the kids took me to dinner at red lobster, sort of a tradition on our birthdays, never disappointing.
Saturday I was off so the babies stayed the night at my parents. That means date day and night for me and my love! We shopped all day and I was able to get some cute new spring/summer attire. Finally! We met Becka and Eli for dinner and drinks at bww, we had so much fun, love hanging out with them. Rock band when we got home and slept late on Sunday! Oh so nice!!! Did a little yard work and off to get our little ones!!!
I missed them so much. I had the absolute best birthday weekend! Couldn't ask for more. Life is good to me!

Opening day!!!

Eliana's first Easter

Easter is here!
We got up early and checked out our magic jelly beans we planted the night before and they grew into lollipops!!! Yay!!!
Off to my.vernon to go to church with gpa granny Eli Becka aiden and Hudson! It was an unbelievable service!!! So happy we were able to attend!
Eli and Becka got Eliana two cute cubs onesies in her Easter basket...lets go cubbies!!!🐻⚾ Maddox got a really cute superman shirt with a cape😉
Out to my parents for a yummy Easter dinner with all of my family. My mom spoiled us as usual with cute clothes, candy, gift cards and cute toys for the kids! The kids took turns on the slide and all three of them had to takes turns giving Eliana a ride on the slide!!! It was so cute! Then the egg hunt. Off they went...eggs all over!!! They were so excited! It was so fun to see the expressions on their faces! Kota and brae helped them find tge eggs! Eliana had much success crawling in the garage snatching up several eggs on her own! She was having a ball! The weather was beautiful on Sunday! God is so good and blessed us with a day full of worship, family, and fun!!!
We stopped back in MTV before we headed home and Maddox was able to see Sam cat!!! Eliana crawled all over with her little bunny ears!!!

Almost Easter!!!

Dyeing Easter eggs is so fun! Elianas first time!!! She liked watching Maddox make a mess!
Maddox really got into it this year! He got so excited when he took a peek at the blue egg he dipped his hand right in the cup to get it and came out with blue fingers!!! He cracked a couple, peeled one, and decorated the rest with lots of stickers!

Snow day!

Sunday it snowed alllll day! So we took advantage and played outside! Hopefully this was the last of the snow. We are ready for spring time on Hiatt lane!
