I can't even describe how fabulous I feel after starting my morning off the right way!!!! 20 minutes of prenatal pilates and a yummy egg,turkey bacon,and spinach breakfast! Why do I not just make the time at least every other day to do just 20 min of this video or my yoga video? I WILL try harder to make it happen. stop making excuses miss karlee!!!! Ha! After all this does fall into my "hopeful healthy eating and exercising obsession" for 2012. Get on it girl!!!!!
